文章以内蒙古良种繁育中心的12个种源358个家系,7840棵西伯利亚杏植株作为调查材料,采用统计单位面积虫口数量,虫害率,病情指数,对西伯利亚杏种质保存区的虫害进行调查研究。为西伯利亚杏种质资源的抗虫性研究及改良和保护提供可靠数据。据调查,12个种源的受害程度有显著的差异,虫害率9.59%~98.24%,病情指数4.70~63.56,虫口密度1.73~12.91,严重受害率最高种源达到了64.77%。通过数据统计,分析杏球坚蚧在12个种源的选择发生量和差异。
In this study, 358 pedigrees from 12 provenances and 7,840 Siberian apricot plants from the Inner Mongolia Seed and Flower Breeding Center were selected as the investigation materials. The population of Apis mellifera in Siberia was studied by counting the number of insect population, pest rate and disease index. It provided reliable data for the research and improvement and protection of insect resistance of apricot germplasm resources in Siberia. According to the survey, the damage degree of 12 provenances was significantly different. The pest rate was 9.59% ~ 98.24%, the disease index was 4.70 ~ 63.56, the population density was 1.73 ~ 12.91, and the highest provenance rate reached 64.77%. According to the data statistics, the occurrence and differences of 12 selected provenances of A. niger were analyzed.
