“盘中诗”是杂体诗中较早的形式,虽然此诗早见于南朝编成的《玉台新咏》,但是“盘中诗”旋读图却到宋代《回文类聚》中才见收录,而且图与文字不相符合。“盘中诗”的特别形式并不是中原文化固有之物,而是吸收外来文化逐步形成的。根据出土实物以及敦煌文献,唐代中期以来卐字崇拜、《大随求陀罗尼经咒》流行,带来了旋读、横书、方盘到圆盘行款。据此可以推测盘中诗四角旋读产生于中唐之后,而圆形旋读则迟至北宋时期。 “Pan Zhong Shi ” is the earlier form of hybrid poetry.
