起重臂架是浮吊施工作业的重要执行机构,其设计优劣对于整个结构的安全性和可靠性具有重要意义。针对万吨级浮吊研发项目中12 000 t起吊质量对臂架结构的重载荷要求,利用有限元分析了支管连接部的结构强度,从增大支管直径、壁厚,添加臂架箱型梁内部隔板等3个方面来优化结构设计,最终得到了既满足强度要求,又尽量减少臂架增重的设计方案。
The boom is an important actuator for the construction of the floating crane. The design of the boom is of great significance for the safety and reliability of the whole structure. In view of the heavy load requirement of 12,000 t hoisting mass on the boom structure in the research and development project of 10,000-ton floating crane, the structural strength of the branch pipe joint is analyzed by means of finite element analysis. From the point of increasing branch pipe diameter, wall thickness, Internal partitions and other three aspects to optimize the structural design, and ultimately have not only meet the strength requirements, but also to minimize the weight of the boom design.
