随着聚合物驱油技术的推广应用,抽油机井见聚井数增加,继续延用低含水和高含水初、中开发时期的抽油机井管理方法,日渐暴露出在举升工艺适应性方面的局限。本文通过对抽油机井举升工艺适应性分析,按照地面设备、生产过程、井下生产过程三种情况,总结绘制了抽油机井举升工艺适应性动态控制图表,形成抽油机井举升工艺适应性分析系统。针对图表中的不同区域,调整挖潜,维护合理区,调整治理区,使抽油机井在合理工作制度下生产。
