The appraisal meeting of the research results of “building large-scale industrial buildings on the surface of the earth above the goaf” hosted by the Ministry of Metallurgy was held in Benxi Iron and Steel Company from March 25 to March 26, 1986. The 54 delegates attending the conference came from 17 units nationwide.
