出版企业在竞争日益激烈的环境中生存发展,必须通过不断提升自身的组织动态能力,从而提升出版策划的创新绩效。组织动态能力包括信息吸收能力、资源整合能力、组织执行能力三个方面,增强这三个方面的能力均会对提升出版策划创新绩效产生积极影响。
The survival and development of publishing enterprises in an increasingly competitive environment must improve their innovative performance in publishing planning by constantly improving their dynamic organizational capabilities. Organizational dynamic capabilities include three aspects: information absorptive capacity, resource integration ability and organizational executive ability. Enhancing the capabilities of these three aspects all have a positive impact on enhancing the innovation performance of publishing planning.
