当前,我国高职教育蓬勃发展,培养了大批一线的技术技能型人才和高素质劳动者。大学语文作为高职院校核心公共基础课,在培养学生职业能力,增强学生核心素养方面具有重要作用。高职语文教学在培养学生的阅读理解能力、倾听表达能力、综合分析能力等方面的语文应用能力成效显著,直接关系到学生的求职过程和职业生涯发展。但由于种种原因,高职生语文应用能力普遍偏低,成为高职生提升综合素质的羁绊。针对当前现状,本文结合教学实践经验,通过对高职院校学生语文应用能力培养存在的问题,结合用人单位对学生语文应用能力实际需求分析,对如何提升高职语文教学中学生应用能力进行探讨,提出应对措施。
