基于学生语文应用能力培养的现状及对策分析

当前,我国高职教育蓬勃发展,培养了大批一线的技术技能型人才和高素质劳动者。大学语文作为高职院校核心公共基础课,在培养学生职业能力,增强学生核心素养方面具有重要作用。高职语文教学在培养学生的阅读理解能力、倾听表达能力、综合分析能力等方面的语文应用能力成效显著,直接关系到学生的求职过程和职业生涯发展。但由于种种原因,高职生语文应用能力普遍偏低,成为高职生提升综合素质的羁绊。针对当前现状,本文结合教学实践经验,通过对高职院校学生语文应用能力培养存在的问题,结合用人单位对学生语文应用能力实际需求分析,对如何提升高职语文教学中学生应用能力进行探讨,提出应对措施。 At present, the vigorous development of higher vocational education in our country has trained a large number of skilled personnel and high-quality laborers. As the core public basic course in higher vocational colleges, college Chinese plays an important role in cultivating students’ professional ability and enhancing their core literacy. Chinese teaching in higher vocational colleges has achieved remarkable results in developing students’ reading comprehension ability, listening comprehension ability and comprehensive analysis ability, which has a direct effect on the job hunting process and career development of students. However, due to various reasons, the higher vocational students’ language proficiency is generally low, becoming a fetter for higher vocational students to enhance their overall quality. According to the current situation, this article combines the practical experience of teaching, through the problems existing in the cultivation of students’ language proficiency in higher vocational colleges and the practical needs of the employing units on the students’ language proficiency, probes into how to improve the students’ Put forward countermeasures.
