随着切削加工速度的不断提高和各种高速自动车床、数控车床以及自动生产线的广泛使用,人们对生产中所用可转位硬质合金刀片的断屑性能提出了越来越高的要求。尤其是在精密切削加工中,切屑难以折断,以往设计的各种不同断屑槽形常常由于制造精度的影响,使刀片失去应有的断屑性能。我校在大量实验的基础上,开发了一种新型的适应精密加工中断屑要求的螺旋前刀面刀具,其最大优点正由于结构简单,并且对刀片制造精度要求不高。一、开发原理与刀具实验
With the continuous improvement of cutting speed and the widespread use of various high-speed automatic lathes, CNC lathes and automatic production lines, people are increasingly demanding the chip breaking performance of indexable cemented carbide inserts used in production. Especially in the precision machining, the chip is hard to be broken.
