目的探讨泌尿外科实行腹腔镜微创手术患者的围术期护理措施.方法将2010年10月—2012年5月期间入我院治疗的60例泌尿外科腹腔镜微创手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例,对于对照组仅给予常规的手术护理,而实验组则采用优化的护理方法进行护理,观察两组患者的临床护理效果以及并发症发生情况.结果实验组患者的导尿管留置时间、置管引流时间、静脉输液时间以及住院时间均明显短于对照组,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论给予泌尿外科腹腔镜微创手术患者精心、合理和细致的护理,能促进患者术后病情的恢复.“,”Objective:To investigate the perioperative care measures of patients in urology minimaly invasive laparoscopic surgery.Method:Select 60 cases of urology minimaly invasive laparoscopic surgery patients as research subjects,divided them into experimental and control groups,and each group contain 30 cases.For the control group only conventional surgical care is given,but for the experimental group used to optimize care for care,observing the clinical care of patient’s effects and occurrence of complications.Results:Catheterization time,catheter drainage time, intravenous infusion time,and hospital stay of the patients in theexperimental group were significantly shorter than the control group,both have significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Careful,reasonable and meticulous care,help ensure the success of the surgery patients,can promote the recovery of patients with postoperative condition given urology minimaly invasive laparoscopic.
