当前,党的群众工作的宏观环境发生了深刻变化,对于社区群众工作创新来说既是机遇,又是挑战。要围绕如何处理好继承与创新的关系、如何健全条块联动机制、如何加强群众工作制度化建设等重点问题进行探索实践,不断整合群众工作力量,完善群众工作平台,健全考核激励机制,开创社区群众工作新局面。
