以二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和1,2-二羟基-3-丙磺酸钠(DHPA)为亲水扩链剂,制备含有磺酸基团的水性聚氨酯微乳液。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对水性聚氨酯(PU)的结构进行了表征,证实了DHPA作为亲水扩链剂引入到PU链上。研究表明:随DHPA用量的增大,乳液粒子的粒径逐渐减小,且粒径分布变窄。聚氨酯乳液呈假塑性流体特征。所制得的聚氨酯表面活性剂对丙烯酸酯类单体具有良好的乳化性能,可用于丙烯酸酯类单体的乳液聚合中。
An aqueous polyurethane microemulsion containing sulfonic acid groups was prepared with dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA) and sodium 1,2-dihydroxy-3-propanesulfonate (DHPA) as hydrophilic chain extenders. The structure of water-borne polyurethane (PU) was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), which confirmed that DHPA was introduced into the PU chain as a hydrophilic chain extender. The results show that with the increase of the amount of DHPA, the particle size of emulsion particles decreases and the particle size distribution becomes narrower. Polyurethane emulsions are pseudoplastic fluid features. The prepared polyurethane surfactant has good emulsifying property on acrylic monomers and can be used in the emulsion polymerization of acrylic monomers.
