超导技术是一门重要新技术,近年来已被引入到选矿工业中,并研制出超导磁选机。把有用的矿物富集起来,无用的脉石(目前工业尚不能利用的矿物)抛弃,这样的工艺过程即为选矿。然而,在诸多的选矿方法中,物理选矿占有相当大的比重。它是根据矿物在物理性质上的差异、利用物理方法进行物料的选别。它主要包括:重选,磁选,电选及核物理选矿。由于磁选工艺简单、有效。故在各种分选中被优先考虑它是根据矿物之间的磁性差异,在不均匀磁场中受力不同而实现分离的一种物理选矿方法。
Superconducting technology is an important new technology, which has been introduced into the beneficiation industry in recent years and a superconducting magnetic separator has been developed. The useful mineral enrichment, useless gangue (the current industry can not use the minerals) to abandon, so that the process is beneficiation. However, in many beneficiation methods, physical beneficiation occupies a large proportion. It is based on the physical differences in mineral properties, the use of physical methods of sorting materials. It mainly includes: re-election, magnetic separation, electricity election and nuclear physics beneficiation. As the magnetic separation process is simple and effective. Therefore, it is preferentially considered in various sorting. It is a physical beneficiation method that separates different forces in different magnetic fields according to the magnetic difference between minerals.
