目的:观察脑脉康及其不同极性提取物对体外ADP诱导的家兔的血小板聚集的影响。方法:应用比浊法测定脑脉康及其不同极性提取物的体外抗ADP诱导的血小板聚集率。通过系列浓度,用Logit法计算50%聚集抑制浓度(IC50)。结果:脑脉康及其不同极性提取物有抗血小板聚集作用,其IC50F值为0.5364g.mL-1,其各极性提取物(A~E)IC50值分别为0.00541、0.1248、0.00131、0.00388、0.00308g.mL-1。结论:脑脉康及其不同极性提取物均具有较强的抗血小板聚集作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of Naomaikang and its different polar extracts on platelet aggregation induced by ADP in rabbits in vitro. Methods: The turbidimetric method was used to determine the anti-ADP-induced platelet aggregation rate of Naomaikang and its different polar extracts. By series of concentrations, 50% aggregation inhibition concentration (IC50) was calculated using the Logit method. Results: Naomaikang and its extracts with different polarity showed anti-platelet aggregation with IC50F value of 0.5364g.mL-1. The IC50 values of each extract (A ~ E) were 0.00541, 0.1248, 0.00131, 0.00388, 0.00308g.mL-1. Conclusion: Naomaikang and its extracts of different polarities have strong anti-platelet aggregation.
