针对通信装备结构特点,为适应不同维修级别需求,在建立诊断流程模型基础上,提出分层诊断思路。诊断流程包括面板诊断、模块诊断和电路诊断三个层次,分别对应不同的故障定位层次。并在定义概率等分诊断概念后,综合分析了诊断收益和诊断费用的影响因素,提出了最大诊断效益准则。最后结合装备模型,给出了最大诊断效益准则在建立和优化诊断流程时的应用方法。 According to the characteristics of communication equipment structure, in order to meet the needs of different maintenance levels, based on the establishment of diagnostic process model, a hierarchical diagnosis idea is proposed. Diagnostic process includes panel diagnosis, module diagnosis and circuit diagnosis of three levels, respectively, corresponding to different fault location level. And after defining the concept of equal probability diagnosis, the factors of diagnosis benefit and diagnosis cost are comprehensively analyzed, and the criterion of maximum diagnosis benefit is put forward. Finally, combined with the equipment model, given the maximum diagnostic benefit criteria in the establishment and optimization of the diagnostic process application.
