目的探讨合理膳食对老年结肠癌患者术后营养状况及免疫系统的作用。方法 158例老年结肠癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各79例,对照组采取常规营养加强,观察组在医师、营养师的指导下给予患者早期肠内营养(EN)和合理膳食搭配。分别于术前和术后7d、1个月测定营养指标和免疫指标。结果观察组术后营养指标、免疫指标与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论术后早期添加肠内营养以及由专业医师指导下的合理膳食,可明显改善老年结肠癌患者术后营养状况,提高免疫功能。
Objective To explore the effect of reasonable diet on postoperative nutritional status and immune system in elderly patients with colon cancer. Methods A total of 158 elderly patients with colon cancer were randomly divided into observation group (79 cases) and control group (79 cases). The control group was treated with conventional nutrition. The observation group was given enteral nutrition (EN) and reasonable diet with the guidance of doctors and nutritionists. Nutritional indexes and immune indexes were measured preoperatively and 7d and 1month after operation respectively. Results The postoperative nutritional indexes and immune indexes in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Early postoperative enteral nutrition and reasonable diet under the guidance of professional doctors can significantly improve the nutritional status of elderly patients with colon cancer and improve immune function.
