论述了超环面行星蜗杆传动的起源和研究现状。针对超环面行星蜗杆传动运转过程中存在噪声大的问题,提出以提高超环面行星蜗杆传动的精度为今后的研究方向。未来应从复杂曲面建模、啮合理论、弹性力学、动力学理论和加工制造技术等方面出发,对超环面行星蜗杆传动的动力学特性、基于弹性变形和误差的齿廓修形原理、数控加工等方面进行深入研究。探索出一套修形超环面行星蜗杆传动系统的综合设计理论与制造技术,以实现超环面行星蜗杆传动设计与制造过程的合理化。
The origin and current research status of toroidal worm transmission are discussed. Aiming at the problem of large noise during the operation of toroidal planetary worm drive, the research direction of improving the accuracy of the toroidal worm transmission is proposed. The future should be based on the complex surface modeling, meshing theory, elastic mechanics, dynamics theory and manufacturing technology and other aspects, the kinetic characteristics of the toroidal transmission, the tooth profile modification based on elastic deformation and error principle, NC machining And other aspects of in-depth study. Explored a comprehensive design theory and manufacturing technology of a modified toroidal planetary worm drive system in order to rationalize the design and manufacture process of the toroidal worm drive.
