大跨径组合桥梁飞速发展,且PBL剪力键作为链接不同构件的连接键尤为重要。为了探究混合结构的关键部位,笔者开发了一种PBL新剪力键。为探究PBL新剪力键的承载力影响因素,对PBL新剪力键的力学性能进行测试与PBL旧剪力键进行对比,最终推出与关键参数相关的承载力经验公式。实现了新老24件PBL剪力键静力加载破坏性试验。运用单一控制变量法,纵向分析PBL新剪力键和PBL旧剪力键的性能优劣。归纳每个阶段下试件的荷载-位移工作特征。荷载-应力特征及伴随现象。拟合不同阶段荷载位移曲线数据进而推导出PBL剪力键承载力公式。PBL新剪力键延续了PBL旧剪力键的优良的力学性能,且极限承载力和延性性能有较大幅度的提升。相同参数情况下测得极限承载力,PBL新剪力键大致为PBL旧剪力键的1.52倍;同组PBL剪力键单一参数变化,贯穿钢筋直径由16mm增至20mm时,后者极限承载力较前者将近提高了2.2%;混凝土强度由C40增至C50极限承载能力后者较前者提高了4.99%;开孔钢板开孔大小由30mm增至60mm极限承载能力后者较前者提高了2.65%。PBL新剪力键整体力学性能优于PBL旧剪力键,力学性能良好。
Large-span composite bridges are rapidly developing, and PBL shear keys are particularly important as links for linking different components. In order to explore the key parts of the hybrid structure, I developed a new PBL shear keys. In order to explore the influence factors of the bearing capacity of the new PBL, the mechanical properties of the new PBL are tested with the old PBL, and the empirical formula of bearing capacity related to the key parameters is finally introduced. Achieved 24 new and old PBL shear force static load destructive test. Using the single control variable method, the advantages and disadvantages of PBL new shear bond and PBL old shear bond are analyzed longitudinally. Summarize the load-displacement characteristics of the specimen under each stage. Load - stress characteristics and accompanying phenomena. Fitting the load displacement curve data of different stages to deduce the formula of bearing capacity of PBL shear bond. The new PBL shear bond retains the excellent mechanical properties of the PBL old shear bond, and the ultimate bearing capacity and ductility are greatly improved. The same as the case of the same parameters measured ultimate bearing capacity, PBL new shear bond is roughly 1.52 times the PBL old shear bond; same group PBL shear bond single parameter changes throughout the reinforcement diameter increased from 16mm to 20mm, the latter ultimate load The strength of the concrete increased from C40 to C50 ultimate load-bearing capacity than the former increased by 4.99%; open-hole steel plate size from 30mm to 60mm ultimate load carrying capacity than the former increased by 2.65% . The mechanical properties of PBL new shear bond are better than those of PBL old shear bond.
