维修性分配是航空发动机维修性设计的一个重要环节,合理的维修性分配方案,可以使系统经济而有效的达到规定的维修性目标。目前国内航空发动机基于效费分析的维修性分配研究刚刚起步,各种维修性参数与维修性费用之间存在灰色不确定性,本文应用灰色系统理论,将灰色规划方法与效费分析相融合,综合考虑航空发动机维修性及相关寿命周期费用,建立基于效费分析的航空发动机维修性分配及其优化方法。该方法工程应用于某型发动机维修性分配之后,结果比传统的按故障率加权分配更加节约资源,并且显著提升发动机综合效费比。
Maintainability allocation is an important part of aero-engine maintenance design, reasonable maintenance of distribution programs, can make the system cost-effective and effective to achieve the required maintenance goals. At present, the research on maintenance allocation of domestic aeroengine based on efficiency analysis has just started, and there are gray uncertainties between various maintenance parameters and maintenance costs. In this paper, gray system theory is used to integrate gray planning method with efficiency analysis, Considering the maintenance of aeroengine and related life cycle costs, the maintenance cost allocation of aeroengine and the optimization method are established. The method is applied to the maintenance of a certain type of engine, the result is more resource-saving than the traditional weighted distribution according to the failure rate, and the comprehensive efficiency-cost ratio of the engine is significantly improved.
