目的利用LHJ增溶剂定量测定果冻中甜蜜素的含量。方法样品加入LHJ增溶剂,使样品充分溶解,在酸性介质中甜蜜素与亚硝酸钠反应,生成环己醇亚硝酸酯,正己烷提取,气相色谱分离,保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果该方法在0.25~10mg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.9996,检出限为0.001g/kg,回收率在90%~102%之间。结论该方法灵敏准确、回收率高、精密度好,处理样品时使用LHJ增溶剂测定结果提高2~3倍。
Objective To determine the content of sodium cyclamate in jelly by using LHJ solubilizer. Methods The sample was added LHJ solubilizer to dissolve the sample sufficiently. Sodium cyclamate was reacted with sodium nitrite in acidic medium to generate cyclohexylnitrite, extracted with n-hexane and separated by gas chromatography. The retention time was qualitative and the external standard method was used for quantification. Results The method showed a good linearity in the range of 0.25-10 mg with a correlation coefficient greater than 0.9996, a limit of detection of 0.001 g / kg and a recovery of 90% -102%. Conclusion The method is sensitive and accurate, the recovery rate is high, and the precision is good. When the sample is processed, the result of using LHJ solubilizer increases by 2 ~ 3 times.
