目的研究脑梗死与血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平的相关性。方法采用案例分析法对比分析80例脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)与同期60例健康者(健康组)的血浆HCY水平、维生素B12、叶酸(FA)、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)及其他生理指标,研究两组HCY与以上指标的关系。结果脑梗死组HCY平均值﹥15μmol/L,HCY水平异常,且维生素B12、FA显著低于健康组,三酰甘油及IMT明显高于健康组(P<0.05),其他指标比较差异无统计学意义。结论脑梗死与HCY、IMT、三酰甘油、血压呈正相关,与维生素B12、FA呈负相关,因此,定期对脑梗死高危群体和患者群体进行HCY测定并进行对症治疗有重要意义。
Objective To study the correlation between cerebral infarction and plasma homocysteine (HCY) levels. Methods The case-control analysis was used to compare the levels of plasma HCY, vitamin B12, folic acid (FA), carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT) and plasma glucose levels in 80 patients with cerebral infarction (cerebral infarction group) and 60 healthy people Other physiological indicators to study the relationship between HCY and the above indicators. Results The average value of HCY> 15μmol / L and HCY in cerebral infarction group were abnormal, and the levels of vitamin B12 and FA were significantly lower than those in healthy group, triglyceride and IMT were significantly higher than those in healthy group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in other indexes significance. Conclusions Cerebral infarction is positively correlated with HCY, IMT, triglyceride and blood pressure, and negatively correlated with vitamin B12 and FA. Therefore, it is of great significance to carry out HCY determination and symptomatic treatment regularly on high risk groups and patients with cerebral infarction.
