运动训练导致铁代谢紊乱是造成机体造血机能下降的重要因素之一。实验结果表明:长期递增负荷跑台运动导致运动组大鼠红细胞指数显著低于对照组,出现运动性贫血状态,血清铁呈现降低趋势,血清铁蛋白显著降低,血清转铁蛋白显著升高,机体铁代谢呈现紊乱状态;营养干预后的运动+营养组红细胞指数、血清铁和铁蛋白浓度显著高于运动组,而血清转铁蛋白浓度显著低于运动组,说明营养补剂可以明显改善由于运动训练所引起的铁代谢紊乱状况,并可以明显提高大鼠的血红蛋白浓度。
