伴随档案管理现代化的不断深入,档案管理工作逐步发展到了信息网络化管理阶段。基于网络环境下的电子档案信息管理模式从以纸质档案实体保管为主向以信息化管理为主转变,从以“管档案”为主向以“提供服务”为主转变。但是在网络环境下时刻充满了不安全因素与危险隐患,致使电子档案信息的真实性、有效性和完整性受到严重威胁,因此,电子档案信息的安全面临着巨大的挑战。笔者就目前网络环境下如何确保电子档案信息安全谈一下自己的看法。
With the continuous deepening of the modernization of file management, file management gradually developed into the information network management phase. The electronic file information management mode based on the network environment has changed from taking the custody of paper archives as the main mode to taking information management as the main mode from “file management” to “service delivery”. However, the network environment is always full of insecurity and potential dangers. As a result, the authenticity, validity and completeness of electronic file information are seriously threatened. Therefore, the security of electronic file information is facing enormous challenges. The author on the current network environment how to ensure electronic file information security talk about their own views.
