研究了光亮镀镍层表面钼酸盐电解着色的配方及工艺条件,介绍了影响着色的各种因素,并对着色膜进行电镜观察和表面元素分析,结果表明镀镍后表面平整性均匀性有很大提高,着色后表面主要成分是 Ni、M o、M o 在表面以M oO3 形式存在。
The electrolysis coloring of molybdate on the surface of bright nickel plating layer was studied. The factors affecting the coloring were introduced. The electron microscope observation and surface elemental analysis of the coloring film were carried out.
