目的了解中山市商场和酒店集中空调通风系统的污染现状,为卫生管理提供理论依据。方法随机抽取中山市具有集中空调系统的商场23间,酒店22间,每间场所对3个回风口、3个送风口和冷却塔采样。结果商场和酒店管道积尘的合格率均为100%,管道积尘的细菌总数和真菌总数的合格率较低,商场的细菌总数和真菌总数合格率均显著低于酒店(P<0.01);空调送风中PM10合格率均为100%,细菌总数合格率分别为62.3%和66.7%;商场和酒店空气中PM10合格率均为100%,细菌总数合格率分别为98.6%和90.9%;冷却水嗜肺军团菌的检出率为98.2%。结论集中空调系统的污染程度不一,商场的污染状况严重于酒店,在监督监测过程中应着重加强对商场的监管力度。
Objective To understand the pollution status of central air conditioning and ventilation system in shopping malls and hotels in Zhongshan and to provide a theoretical basis for health management. Methods A total of 23 shopping malls with 22 central air-conditioning systems and 22 hotel rooms were selected randomly from Zhongshan City. Samples of three outlets, three outlets and a cooling tower were collected at each site. Results The passing rate of dust accumulation in shopping malls and hotel pipelines was 100%. The total bacterial numbers and the total number of fungi accumulated in the pipeline were low. The total number of bacteria and fungi in the shopping mall were significantly lower than that of hotels (P <0.01). The passing rate of PM10 in air-conditioned air supply was 100%, and the passing rate of total bacteria was 62.3% and 66.7% respectively. The pass rates of PM10 in shopping malls and hotel air were 100%, and the passing rates of total bacteria were 98.6% and 90.9% Legionella pneumophila water detection rate was 98.2%. Conclusion The pollution degree of centralized air-conditioning systems is different. The pollution of shopping malls is more serious than that of hotels. In the supervision and monitoring process, the supervision on the shopping malls should be strengthened.
