用不同浓度的柠檬酸铝、混合稀土或硒酸钠溶液浸泡温石棉1 小时后,再将其与人胚肺(HEL) 细胞共同孵育,测定培养液中超氧阴离子(O-2 ) 含量。结果显示,温石棉可诱导HEL细胞产生O-2 。但与未处理温石棉组相比,经3 种化合物预处理的温石棉所致HEL细胞产生的O-2 量明显降低,其抑制率随化合物浓度的增加而增高,呈一定的剂量依赖性。表明用上述3 种化合物预处理温石棉,均可抑制其诱导HEL细胞产生O-2 。
After soaking chrysotile asbestos with different concentrations of aluminum citrate, mixed rare earth or sodium selenate solution for 1 hour, the cells were incubated with human embryonic lung (HEL) cells to determine the content of superoxide anion (O-2). The results show that chrysotile can induce HEL cells produce O-2. However, compared with the untreated chrysotile group, the amount of O-2 produced by HEL cells pretreated with three compounds was significantly decreased, and the inhibition rate increased with the concentration of the compound, in a dose-dependent manner. These results indicate that pretreatment of chrysotile with these three compounds inhibited the induction of O-2 by HEL cells.
