基层公安机关的刑事技术人员长期从事刑事案件现场勘验检查、物证鉴定、尸体检验一系列工作,时刻处于压力大、任务重、无规律的环境下工作,长时间精神紧张,工作成效短时间难以体现,常使人身心疲惫,加之群众对工作的不支持不理解,部分领导不重视,较易产生工作倦怠期,从而影响到工作质量和效率。作为刑事技术部门负责人,我们要积极探讨倦怠期产生的原因,努力探索发现倦怠期问题的相应对策,不断促进刑事科学技术队伍的可持续发展。
