目的 评价99mTC- MDP骨显象检测复合珊瑚骨移植成骨情况。方法 通过动物实验和临床病例观察,采用99mTC- MDP、组织学检查和X线检查动态观察复合珊瑚骨移植后的成骨情况。结果 动物实验,核素骨显像能在3 周对植入骨的成骨作出预测,较X 线早3 周;临床上,该方法能在术后1 个月预测植入骨成骨情况,较X线早2 个月。结论 核素骨显像能较早地预测植入骨的成骨情况。
Objective To evaluate the bone formation of the coralline bone graft by 99mTC-MDP bone imaging. Methods Animal experiments and clinical observation of the cases, using 99mTC-MDP, histological examination and X-ray examination of dynamic observation of osteoblasts after coral bone transplantation. Results In animal experiments, radionuclide bone imaging can predict the osteogenesis of the implanted bone at 3 weeks, three weeks earlier than X-ray. In clinical practice, the method can predict the osteogenesis of the implanted bone one month after surgery, 2 months earlier than the X-ray. Conclusion Radionuclide bone imaging can predict the osteogenesis of implanted bone earlier.
