目的探讨综合心理护理在子宫切除术患者中的应用效果。方法 70例行子宫切除术的患者,根据护理方式不同将患者分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组患者只接受常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予综合心理护理。干预2周后观察两组患者的抑郁程度及治疗的依从性。结果护理干预前,观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分为(15.2±3.3)分,对照组为(15.4±3.5)分,两组患者的抑郁程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预2周后,观察组HAMD评分为(8.5±1.8)分,对照组为(13.2±3.1)分,观察组的抑郁程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗依从性为100.00%,对照组患者为80.00%。观察组治疗依从性明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合心理护理对可改善子宫切除术患者抑郁程度,提高治疗依从性,改善预后。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing in hysterectomy patients. Methods 70 cases of hysterectomy patients, according to the different ways of nursing patients were divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases each. Patients in the control group received only routine care, and patients in the observation group received comprehensive psychological care on the basis of the control group. Two weeks after intervention, depression and treatment compliance were observed in both groups. Results Before the intervention, the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) score was 15.2 ± 3.3 in the observation group and 15.4 ± 3.5 in the control group. There was no significant difference in depression between the two groups (P> 0.05) ; After 2 weeks of intervention, the HAMD score of the observation group was (8.5 ± 1.8) points and that of the control group was (13.2 ± 3.1) points. The degree of depression in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The observation group patients treatment compliance was 100.00%, the control group was 80.00%. Observation group compliance was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive psychological care can improve the degree of depression in patients with hysterectomy, improve treatment compliance and improve prognosis.
