建立了齿轮径向综合误差和一齿径向综合误差的离散化数学模型,在此基础上,采用单片微机技术,对传统齿轮双面啮合综合检查仪进行了微机化改造。文中给出了微机化量仪的改造方案,并给出了详细的单片机系统硬件设计原理图。改造后的双啮仅保持了原有的功能和精度,实现了测量过程的自动化、数显化,消除了人为误差的影响。
The discretization mathematical model of gear radial integrated error and one tooth radial integrated error was established. On this basis, the single-chip computer technology was used to transform the traditional double-sided meshing integrated tester of computer. The article gives the computerized measuring instrument of the transformation program, and gives a detailed microcontroller system hardware design schematic. After the transformation of the double rodent to maintain the original function and accuracy, to achieve the measurement process of automation, digital display, eliminating the impact of human error.
