针对山东淄博电厂的粉煤灰进行了硫酸铵混合焙烧提取氧化铝的实验,实验首先对设备进行了改进,然后研究了焙烧温度、物料比、焙烧时间这三个因素对铝反应率的影响。结果表明:粉煤灰与硫酸铵混合后,在适宜温度下焙烧,粉煤灰中的氧化铝会反应生成硫酸铝铵,焙烧温度380℃、(NH_4)_2SO_4与粉煤灰中Al_2O_3的摩尔比为6∶1、焙烧时间120min条件下,铝反应率可达到83%。
Aiming at the fly ash of Shandong Zibo Power Plant, ammonium sulfate was mixed to roast and extract alumina. The experiment was firstly carried out to improve the equipment. Then the effects of calcination temperature, material ratio and calcination time on the reaction rate of aluminum were studied. The results show that after the mixture of fly ash and ammonium sulfate, calcined at a suitable temperature, the alumina in fly ash will react to form ammonium aluminum sulfate. The molar ratio of (NH 4) 2 SO 4 to Al 2 O 3 in fly ash 6: 1, roasting time 120min, aluminum reaction rate can reach 83%.
