该文以笔者所在学校旅游英语课程的过程性评价为例,根据学生实际情况,设计出尊重学生个性发展的学生成长手册,对学生的学习方式、非智力因素、智能成果三项评价内容进行分析,采用多种评价方式进行评价。操作流程按制订评价目标、建立个人档案、任务分组落实、量性考核评价和反馈调整修正五个步骤实施。使学生在学习实践中找到自我、展示自我、树立自信、激发兴趣,在快乐中学习,从而有效地达到教学目标。
