At the beginning of the new year, the US Department of Defense commissioned Deloitte’s third party independent evaluation report on the National Manufacturing Innovation Network (NNMI) to be released. At the end of 2016, at the handover of the old and new presidents, there was a climax in the construction of the NNMI, which seemed to be an action of the previous government to solidify its governance achievements in manufacturing innovation and construction.
