笔者在一所乡镇中学任教已有二十一年,担任班主任也有十年有余。通过笔者多年对班级的管理实践,如果一名教师想成长为一名优秀的班主任,笔者认为要做到以下几点。一、班主任要以身作则,率先垂范班主任的言行直接影响着班级内的每一位学生,要求学生做到的,班主任首先要做到,而且要尽量做好。每天应早来晚归,坚持不懈,这样自然而然地感染着自己的学生,使他们养成良好的作息习惯。记得刚接手当前班级的时候,班级里总是有几位学生上学迟到,经过家访了解到他们在上学的途中经常玩 I have taught in a township secondary school for twenty-one years, as a teacher in charge of more than ten years.
