在离体培养条件下,35~40℃的高温对不结球白菜种子的萌发、2~3叶无菌苗的生长和下胚轴原生质体的活力均有抑制作用。25℃预培养和Hyp1500mg·L(-1)浸种可以明显提高热敏品种的耐热力。3%蔗糖,34℃或0℃预培养能够增加2~3叶无菌苗的耐热性,耐热品种的受促程度比热敏品种的小。用平阳霉素浸种,经萌发和幼苗生长阶段两步高温筛选,获得了比原始材料更耐热的变异体,这种变异能够通过无性繁殖方式传递给子代。
Under the condition of in vitro culture, the high temperature of 35-40 ℃ could inhibit the germination of non-heading Chinese cabbage seedlings, the growth of sterile seedlings of 2-3 leaves and the viability of hypocotyl protoplasts. Pre-incubation at 25 ℃ and Hyp 1500 mg · L -1 soaking could obviously increase the thermotolerance of heat-sensitive cultivars. 3% sucrose, 34 ℃ or 0 ℃ preincubation can increase the heat resistance of 2 ~ 3 leaves aseptic seedlings, heat-resistant varieties of the degree of urgency than the heat-sensitive varieties of small. By soaking Pingyangmycin, high temperature screening by germination and seedling growth stages resulted in a more thermostable variant than the original material, which could be passed on to offspring via asexual reproduction.
