1988年修改医疗报酬时提出设施的标准,已在各地医院中经过了一定时期的试行。设施标准使药剂师的技术费用大幅度提高,也使医药信息提供、药历记录的药学管理、注射药管理,副作用监控、服药指导等作为医院药剂师业务而得到国家的认可。以熊本市民医院药剂部为例,在开始实施设施标准前,药剂师仅限于对处方笺、注射证的审核,与患者和病房人员几乎没有接触。设施标准的引入,使患者、病房人员与药剂师相互之间的信息交流,有助于以患者为中心的“团体”医疗的发展。
In 1988, the standards for facilities proposed when revising medical remuneration have been tried out for a certain period of time in local hospitals. The facility standards greatly increase the pharmacist’s technical expenses, and also make the medical information provided, pharmaceutical records of pharmacokinetic records, injection drug management, side-effect monitoring, medication guidance, etc., as the hospital pharmacist business and get national approval. Taking the Kumamoto Municipal Hospital Pharmacy Department as an example, before starting to implement the facility standards, pharmacists were limited to the review of prescription and injection certificates, and had little contact with patients and ward personnel. The introduction of facilities standards will enable the patient, ward staff and pharmacists to exchange information with each other, which will contribute to the development of patient-centered “group” medical care.
