以某选煤厂的浮选机为研究对象,对浮选机液位进行PID控制。提出了基于STEP7和PLCSIM的液位控制及仿真方案,在STEP7中编写被控对象功能模块,使用参数整定工具对PID进行参数整定,通过设置参数并查看仿真效果使其参数达到最优。使用组态王作为上位机监视系统。现场实践表明,此仿真方案对现场调试、安装浮选机有一定的帮助作用。
Taking a flotation machine of a coal preparation plant as the research object, the level of flotation machine was controlled by PID. The level control and simulation scheme based on STEP7 and PLCSIM are proposed. The function module of the controlled object is programmed in STEP7, the parameters are set by using the parameter setting tool, and the parameters are optimized by setting the parameters and checking the simulation results. Use the King as the host computer monitoring system. Field practice shows that this simulation program on the scene debugging, installation of flotation machine has a certain role in helping.
