一、颍泉区高标准农田建设情况颍泉区位于阜阳市城区西北部,地处颍河之滨、泉河之畔。全区国土面积643.3平方公里,耕地面积55.4万亩,人口67.1万人。区内地势平坦开阔,地面高程一般在31~33米,最低31米。全区土壤分为潮土、砂礓黑土、棕壤土3个大类、5个亚类,总的特征是土质沙壤,通气孔隙度适中,有效含水量一般,易涝易旱,有机质含量不高,基础肥力水平中等。气候属亚热带和暖温带半湿润季风气候区,气候温和、四季分明、雨量适中,但年际及年内时空分布不均。
