除草醚(Nitrofen 化学名2,4-二氯-4硝基二苯醚);为芽前、芽后的选择性除草剂。国外六十年代投放市场后,动物实验发现有明确的致畸、致癌效应,美国政府严格限制其销售。我国在七十年代初投产,为国内生产量最大的重要除草剂。文献报道除草醚对人体皮肤及眼睛有明显刺激作用;生产工人流行病学调查表明:除草醚主要作用于人的皮肤。为探讨除草醚对皮肤的毒作用机制,我们进行了原代培养的皮肤基底细胞的毒作用研究。
Weeding ether (Nitrofen chemical name 2,4-dichloro-4-nitrobenzene diphenyl ether); for the pre-bud and post-emergence of selective herbicides. Foreign markets in the 1960s, animal experiments found that there is a clear teratogenic and carcinogenic effects, the U.S. government strictly limits its sales. China started production in the early 1970s and is the most important herbicide in China. Reported weeding ether on the human skin and eyes have a significant stimulating effect; production workers epidemiological survey showed that: weeding ether mainly on human skin. In order to explore the mechanism of action of weed-toxins on the skin, we studied the toxic effects of primary cultured basal cells.
