基金与项目的合作前景应该是很乐观的,能够合作的领域可以很广泛。现在在国内房地产市场出现了很多的基金正在找项目,国内的很多项目也在找基金的现象,从合作前景来看是两者之间应该是很乐观的,能够合作的领域是广泛的。不过,就现在的情况来说,合作的比例是很小的。这是因为两者之间对项目的认识往往有很大的不同:
