为了识别、评价生化试剂制造新建项目职业病危害因素,探讨该新建项目在职业卫生方面的可行性。采用检查表和风险评估相结合的定量分析方法,对原辅材料及产品年产量高于1t的单元进行职业病危害因素的定量分析。结果表明,项目产品种类达101种,使用的原辅材料及产生的副产物和可能的分解产物庞杂。总体评价系数为0.39,轻度有害;各主要产品单元实际危害集合比数为0.01~2.83,分属于基本无害、轻度有害和中度有害;同时,可能产生的职业病危害因素中存在已知的剧毒物质3种,高毒物质8种。因此,判定该新建项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目。
In order to identify and evaluate the biochemical reagent manufacturing new project occupational hazards, and explore the feasibility of new projects in occupational health. Quantitative analysis of occupational hazard factors for raw and auxiliary materials and units with an annual output of more than 1 t using a quantitative analysis method combining checklist and risk assessment. The results show that the project product types up to 101 species, the use of raw and auxiliary materials and by-products and possible decomposition of complex products. The overall evaluation coefficient is 0.39, lightly harmful; the actual harms of the main product units are in the range of 0.01-2.83, which are basically harmless, mildly harmful and moderately harmful; at the same time, there are known occupational hazards that may occur 3 kinds of highly toxic substances, 8 kinds of highly toxic substances. Therefore, it is determined that the new project is a serious construction project with serious occupational diseases.
