在新的历史条件下,建构当代中国哲学社会科学话语体系是我国哲学社会科学工作者面临的一项重要战略任务,也是一个重大的时代课题。这是推进我国哲学社会科学发展创新与发展、加强我国文化软实力建设的迫切需要,是继承深化马克思主义意识形态领导权、话语权,积极应对、接洽国际主流话语体系并与各种思想文化斗争的重要途径,更是为中国特色社会主义事业建设提供理论支撑,不断增强中国特色社会主义道路、理论、制度和文化自信,实现中华民族伟大复兴的根本要求。创新我国哲学社会科学话语体系的路径包括:坚持中国特色社会主义理论自觉;对我国政治制度及社会实践的诠释要注重多学科综合、创新话语思维;坚持文化自信引领话语取向;坚持改革实践为导向的话语取向;保持向域外、向实践、向未来开放的话语姿态;注重官方话语体系与民间话语体系的融通。
Under the new historical conditions, constructing the discourse system of contemporary Chinese philosophy and social science is an important strategic task our country’s philosophy and social science workers face, and it is also an important topic of the times. This is an urgent need to promote innovation and development in the development of philosophy and social science in our country and to strengthen the building of cultural soft power in our country. It is an urgent need to inherit and deepen the leadership and right of speech in Marxist ideological fields, actively respond to and approve the mainstream discourse system of internationalism and various ideological and cultural conflicts It is also an essential way to provide theoretical support for the construction of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and to continuously enhance the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, theory, system and cultural confidence and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The path to innovate the discourse system of philosophy and social science in our country includes: insisting on the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics; interpreting the political system and social practice of our country; paying attention to multidisciplinary synthesis and innovative discourse; insisting on cultural self-confidence leading the discourse orientation; insisting on reform and practice as the orientation Of the discourse orientation; keep to the outside world, to practice, open to the future discourse attitude; focus on the official discourse system and folk discourse system of communication.
