一例60岁左右女尸,身高154cm,死因不详.解剖发现其主动脉、颈内动脉、面动脉、椎动脉及基底动脉等均有明显弯曲畸形,且伴有胸导管、奇静脉移位.为积累国人畸形资料,为临床影像学检查诊断提供参考资料,特报告如下.1 主动脉异常(1)主动脉变硬,管壁明显增厚达2.0～2.5mm,各部起始处的外径:升主动脉为24.2mm,主动脉弓为28mm,胸主动脉为26mm,腹主动脉为23mm.(2)升主动脉、主动脉导及胸主动脉上段弯曲形成弧度增大的“?”形,主动脉弓向上移位,超出胸骨柄上缘15mm,主动脉峡及胸主动脉环绕心脏,向左后弯曲移位.主动脉内侧缘距脊柱正中线距离:在第3胸椎处20mm,第6胸椎处28mm,第9胸椎处22mm.因主动脉弓弧度增大,向左后方压迫左肺,使左肺的动脉沟加深达23mm,宽30mm.自第9胸椎主动脉急转向右行进,跨越第9、10胸椎体前方达其右侧缘,继而转向左下,至第11、12胸椎左侧缘穿隔肌,全程呈“S”形弯曲;由于动脉向左后下弯曲使各肋间动脉起始部低于相应肋间隙15～32mm.在第7、8胸椎体的高度,弯曲的动脉压迫交感干,且伴有胸导管和奇静脉移位.
