丙二醇甲醚在涂料制备、纸张表面处理、造纸助剂等化工生产过程中,作为溶剂被广泛使用。回收并循环使用丙二醇甲醚溶剂的意义,不仅在于经济效益非常可观,而且有利于环境保护。通过大量的实验研究,发现采用乙醇溶液在适宜的工艺条件下使用共沸精馏技术,在115~120℃能较好地从废弃液中连续、稳定、高回收率地分离出丙二醇甲醚,成本相对较低,便于操作与应用。
