目的提高新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 ( HIE)的治愈率 ,减少后遗症。方法对经头颅 CT确诊的 10 0例中、重度 HIE患儿随机分成两组 ,给予同样严格的支持疗法和对症处理。治疗组采用婴儿单人氧舱加奥利达治疗。结果治疗组神经系统症状恢复时间较对照组平均缩短 3天 ( P<0 .0 1) ,康复率 90 .4%、有效率 96 .15 % ,较对照组显著提高 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,后遗症明显减少 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论应用婴儿单人氧舱加奥利达治疗中、重度 HIE疗效确切。早期入舱治疗效果尤佳 ;晚期治疗亦能改善神经症状 ,减轻后遗症的程度
Objective To improve the cure rate of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and reduce the sequelae. Methods One hundred and seventy moderate and severe HIE children diagnosed by head CT were randomly divided into two groups, receiving the same rigorous supportive therapy and symptomatic treatment. Treatment group with infant single oxygen tank plus Olite treatment. Results The recovery time of neurological symptoms in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group by an average of 3 days (P <0.01), the recovery rate was 90.4%, the effective rate was 96.15%, significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05) ), Sequelae decreased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of infant monooxygen plus orolide in the treatment of moderate and severe HIE is effective. Early cabin treatment is particularly effective; advanced treatment can also improve neurological symptoms, reduce the degree of sequelae
