2014年人民银行金融消费权益保护工作会议上,王华庆书记讲话精神:“金融消费权益保护工作是人民银行的一项重要职责,任务艰巨,责任重大”。为更好的履行这一职责,进一步提高人民银行金融服务质量,本文介绍了西藏辖区人民银行2012年开展试点工作及2013年人民银行拉萨中心支行金融消费权益保护处正式成立以来全面开展金融消费者权益保护工作的主要做法和成效,分析了当前辖区金融消费权益保护工作存在的难点,并针对性的提出了政策建议。
In 2014, at the Working Meeting on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Financial Consumption of the People’s Bank of China, Secretary Wang Huaqing said: “The protection of the rights and interests in financial consumption is an important duty of the PBC with arduous tasks and heavy responsibilities.” In order to better perform this duty and further improve the financial service quality of the People’s Bank of China, this article introduces the Pilot Project of the People’s Bank of Tibet under the jurisdiction of the Pilot in 2012 and the comprehensive implementation of financial consumers since the formal establishment of the Financial Consumption Rights Protection Branch of the People’s Bank of Lhasa Central Branch in 2013 Rights and interests protection work of the main practices and effectiveness of the current area of financial rights protection analysis of the existing difficulties and targeted policy recommendations.
