This article describes in detail the development of Computer Aided Bend Design (APD) systems using Autolisp and DCL. Practice shows that, APD system can greatly speed up the design of elbows sheet metal components. It provides a feasible method for the further development of sheet metal component design.

目的 探讨经皮肝穿胆汁引流联合三维适形放射治疗肝门胆管癌的疗效.方法 对伴有阻塞性黄疸不能或不愿接受手术及手术不能根治的肝门胆管癌患者21例,经胆汁引流后接受三维适形放射治疗,通过临床症状、影像学等指标的变化情况来评价疗效.结果 经胆汁内外引流1～3周后,患者症状明显改善,食欲增加,局部病变再配合三维适形放射治疗,3个月有效率为76.2%(16/21),6个月有效率为71.4%(15/21),中位
