分滞洪区的存在可以临时分滞超额洪量并有效降低下游洪峰水位,从而减轻下游防洪压力,而分滞洪区的调度方式对防洪效果有不同程度的影响.基于MIKE21软件建立黄河下游典型河段洪水演进数学模型,通过对比黄河下游滩区作为分滞洪区运用时在调度方式以及口门位置不同情况下的洪水发展过程、河段下游洪水位、洪峰流量的变化以及分滞洪区的进洪量,研究分滞洪区调度方式和口门位置对河段的防洪影响.结果表明,根据上游洪水过程合理运用分滞洪区对减轻下游防洪压力更为有利,分滞洪区口门位置对河段防洪也有很大的影响.
