区域性民族高校在引进高端人才时面临着严峻的形势,同时也存在着一些问题,这些都与缺乏有效的人才评价体系构建有关。本文在分析高端人才引进存在的问题及人才群体特性的基础上,对区域性民族高校高端人才引进评价体系的构建及其思考作了初步探讨。
Regional colleges and universities in the face of the introduction of high-end talent when faced with the harsh situation, but also there are some problems, which are related to the lack of effective talent evaluation system. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the introduction of high-end talents and the characteristics of talented people, this paper makes a preliminary study on the construction and thinking of the introduction of the evaluation system for high-end talented people in regional ethnic universities.
