2012年9月7日,国家邮政局批准联邦快递(中国)有限公司(FedEx)、优比速包裹运送(广东)有限公司(UPS)经营国内快递业务。这是2009年新《邮政法》实施以来,外资快递企业首获国内快递经营牌照。这也意味着,我国兑现了加入世贸组织时所作出的快递业开放的承诺,境内外的企业都将平等地参与国内快递市场的竞争。窥视中国市场已久的“狼”终于要进来了。对于外资快递巨头进入中国市场,国内快递企业最担心的莫过于外资企业所惯用的“入侵”方式——低价倾销。
On September 7, 2012, the State Post Bureau approved FedEx (China) Co., Ltd. (FedEx) and UPS Express (UPS) to operate domestic express delivery business. This is the first time in 2009 that the “Postal Law” has been implemented and foreign express delivery companies have won the first domestic express delivery license. This also means that our country has fulfilled its promise of opening up the express delivery industry when it joined the WTO and both domestic and foreign enterprises will participate in the competition in the domestic express delivery market on an equal footing. Peeping into the Chinese market has long been the “wolf” is finally coming in. For foreign express delivery giants to enter the Chinese market, the domestic express delivery enterprises are most worried about the “invasion ” way used by foreign-funded enterprises - low-cost dumping.
