电网企业的运营具有特殊性:投资大,经营周期长,供电价格受管制,对安全性要求非常高。在诸多约束条件下,提高电网投资的技术经济价值,取得合理效益,就必须依据科学的评价方法对投资效益进行评估。对电网投资效益评价的数学方法进行了探索,并讨论了指标的约简方法、归一化处理和权重计算等问题,得到一般电网投资效益评价的综合数学模型。这种评价方法可适用于电网长期投资的各个阶段或整个寿命周期。
The operation of power grid enterprises is special: large investment, long business cycle, regulated power supply price and very high demand on safety. Under many constraints, to improve the technical and economic value of power grid investment and obtain reasonable benefits, it is necessary to evaluate investment returns based on scientific evaluation methods. The mathematics method to evaluate the benefit of investment in power grid has been explored. The methods of reduction, normalization and weight calculation are discussed. The comprehensive mathematics model of general investment benefit evaluation of power grid is obtained. This evaluation method can be applied to all phases of the long-term investment of the power grid or the entire life cycle.
